Increase your fitness level by joining our newest adult fitness class at Champlain. Each week will involve a different circuit-style workout to keep things new and interesting. Most exercises will use light- to medium-weights or bodyweight. This class can accommodate all fitness levels and all ages (14+). Our instructor will adapt exercises to work around existing injuries.

10 week session
April 8th to June 10th
$70 for 10 week session + $15 activity fee
This program can also be combined with Yogalates for a maximum of two classes per week.
$120 + $15 activity fee for 2 classes per week during the 10 week session (15% off)

Champlain CC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw from a program. If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided there are no games, practices attended and the program has not officially started. There will be a $15 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund.
