Increase your fitness level by joining our newest adult fitness class at Champlain. Each week will involve a different circuit-style workout to keep things new and interesting. Most exercises will use light- to medium-weights or bodyweight. This class can accommodate all fitness levels and all ages (14+). Our instructor will adapt exercises to work around existing injuries.

10 week session
January 5th to March 9th
$75 for 10 week session + $15 activity fee
This program can also be combined with Yoga for a two or three classes per week combo.
$130 + $15 activity fee for 2 classes per week during the 10 week session

Champlain CC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw from a program. If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided there are no games, practices attended and the program has not officially started. There will be a $15 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund.
Registration can be done in person Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm with our canteen staff – payment accepted exact CASH or CHEQUE
