Gentle Daytime Adult Fitness

Get moving again at Champlain!

Come for a gentle and varied workout with your neighbours! This class is great for anyone looking for a bit of muscle strengthening, improved flexibility, and balance. Join us weekly for mild to moderate exercise which can make your muscles stronger. Light lifting of weights, or using a resistance band can build strength. Balance exercises that help prevent falls. Flexibility exercises can stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Our instructor is a Manitoba Fitness Council-accredited Fitness Instructor for all ALL FITNESS LEVELS & Ages. She is accredited to teach specializations, such as for pre & post natal, Active Older Adults, and those with Arthritis &/Fibromyalgia, & with a focus on safety during exercise. She has her up-to-date First Aid/CPR.

  • $45 for 5 classes in the session

Refund Policy

Champlain CC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw from a program.  If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided the program has not officially started.  There will be a $15 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund.
