Group Circuit Training

Increase your fitness level by joining our Circuit Training at Champlain. Each week will involve a different workout to keep things new and interesting. Most exercises will use light- to medium-weights or body weight. This class can accommodate all fitness levels and all ages (those 16 and under will need to have a parent signed waiver). Our instructor will adapt exercises to work around existing injuries.
Minimum 7 participants required
Dates:
Mondays; April 25, 2022 – May 16, 2022 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturdays; April 30, 2022 – May 21, 2022 from 9:00am – 10:00am
4 week sessions
$45 + Eventbrite fee for 1 class per week during the 4 week session
$30 for any add -on classes per week during the 4 week session
If you are booking any number of add-on classes, please email programs@champlaincc.ca with what your add-on class choices are. You can combine any number of classes from Zumba, Yoga, and Group Circuit.
Drop in rate- $15/class
Please Bring running shoes and a water bottle to class
Refund Policy
Champlain CC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw from a program. If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided the program has not officially started. There will be a $15 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund.
