Prenatal Fitness

Saturdays at 12pm

Prenatal Fitness is mild to moderate exercise done during pregnancy to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, and promote overall health

Each week will involve a different workout to keep things new and interesting, a total body reset. Most exercises will use light- to medium-weights or body weight. This class can accommodate all fitness levels.  Small class sizes allow our instructor to personalize and adapt exercises to work around existing injuries and skill levels.


Saturdays, 12:00pm – 1:00pm

10 week session, (October 7 to December 16, 2023, class cancelled Nov. 11)

Minimum 7 participants required

$115 for 10 week session

$100 for any add-on* classes per week during the 10 week session

*If you are booking any number of add-on classes, please email programs@champlaincc.ca with what your add-on class choices are. You can combine any number of classes from Fitness Reboot, Zumba, Yoga, Karate and Prenatal Fitness.

Drop in rate- $15/class

Please Bring running shoes and a water bottle to class and any weights or bands you may want to use in class


Refund Policy

Champlain CC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw from a program.  If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided the program has not officially started.  There will be a $15 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund.
