Prenatal Fitness

Prenatal Fitness is mild to moderate exercise done during pregnancy to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, and promote overall health.

Each week will involve a different workout to keep things new and interesting, a total body reset. Most exercises will use light- to medium-weights or body weight. This class can accommodate all fitness levels.  Small class sizes allow our instructor to personalize and adapt exercises to work around existing injuries and skill levels.
