Get moving again at Champlain!

Come for a gentle and varied workout with your neighbours! This class is great for anyone looking for a bit of muscle strengthening, improved flexibility, and balance. Our instructor has successfully completed the Arthritis Workshop through the Manitoba Fitness Council with a focus on safety during exercise. Join us weekly for mild to moderate exercise which can make your muscles stronger. Light lifting of weights, or using a resistance band can build strength. Balance exercises that help prevent falls. Flexibility exercises can stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber.

4 week session

March 1, 8, 15, 22, 2024- 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Price: $45 for 4 week session

Please Bring running shoes and a water bottle to class.

Refund Policy

Champlain CC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw from a program.  If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided the program has not officially started.  There will be a $15 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund.
