Steppin’ Up with Confidence is an active living program that is designed to be help you continue to be independent, improve your overall health and feel better about yourself.
Spend this one hour with our experienced Peer Leader, Nadine, who will guide you through movements that will improve your mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance. Exercises can be done either sitting or standing and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. This program is designed to work on functional fitness that will support activities that you do every day.
