President’s Message: A New Chapter
As the new president of Champlain Community Centre, I’m excited about what 2025 holds for us. This year marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and I’m honored to help lead our vibrant community forward.
At the heart of everything we do is our mission: to create a safe, welcoming space where people can connect, grow, and thrive through recreation, wellness, and special events. This guiding principle will continue to shape our efforts as we expand and improve.
Exciting Updates for 2025
One of our biggest projects this year is the renovation of our gym. While some classes will be on a brief pause, we can’t wait to unveil the refreshed space! Keep an eye on our website for updates on the renovation progress and class schedules.
We’re also focusing on expanding access to our facilities, particularly to better support the new splash pad that was completed last summer. This space has quickly become a favorite for families, and we’re committed to ensuring more opportunities for the community to enjoy it.
Community Events & Volunteer Opportunities
Beyond our facility improvements, we have a fantastic lineup of events planned to bring people together. This includes favorites like the Jamboree and Community Cleanup, where neighbors can connect and make a difference.
None of this would be possible without our amazing volunteers and staff. Your support is invaluable, and we’re always looking for new community members to get involved. If you’re interested in helping out, we’d love to hear from you—reach out anytime at contact@champlaincc.ca.
Looking Ahead
As we step into 2025, I’m filled with optimism for all that we can achieve together. This year is about new beginnings, growth, and creating lasting memories. I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events and making this our best year yet!
