Peg Family Fitness is thrilled to be offering this brand new class – a blend of yoga & fitness!
This class is perfect for women returning to fitness after baby, and for anyone looking to workout with a baby or young child(ren) in tow! Women should be at least 4 weeks postpartum (or 6 weeks for c-sections).
Thursdays from 10am-11am
October 24th to December 12th.
Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Participants should dress in comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. The yoga portion of the class will be done barefoot but shoes are required for the cardio drills.
