Tai Chi with Roy is back this spring!

A moving form of yoga & meditation

Relax the mind while moving through a slow and controlled series of movements and postures. Tai Chi is a great stress reliever that challenges the mind and the body. Although tai chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness — muscle strength, flexibility and balance, contributing to aerobic conditioning.

This class is open to adults. No equipment is required.

Payment can be made below by clicking the link to register or in person at the community centre during open hours. Please let Roy know if you intend to register in person and a list of available open times will be provided.

  • Tai Chi Tuesday from 7-8pm
  • 10 sessions; Tuesday March 31 to June 2, 2026
  • Tai Chi Wednesday from 11am-12pm
  • 10 sessions; Wednesday April 1 to June 3, 2026

$75 for 8 class session

$45 for a 4 class pass

Champlain CC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw from a program.  If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided the program has not officially started.  There will be a $15 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund.
