Annual General Meeting
Friday April 19, 2024
6:00pm – The board will provide updates on current financials, operations, activities and elect the next year’s board. New board volunteers always welcome. If you are interested to learn about joining the board, please contact Will.
6:30pm – We are serving a FREE dinner for all attendees. Come visit with your community board volunteers and neighbours. All welcome.
6:00-8:30pm – Regular family gym night will continue throughout the event. Parents are welcome to let kids play in the gym during the meeting portion of the evening.

We have updated and revised our constitution – the document that provides guidance to the operations and governance activities of the Champlain CC board.
These revisions will be proposed at the upcoming AGM. Please have a read and let us know if you have any questions or wish to learn more about what’s being proposed.
